Overlord 2 (2009) PC

Overlord 2 is a role–playing video game developed by Triumph Studios and released by Codemasters for Microsoft Windows, PS 3, Xbox 360 in 2009. This is a continuation of the first part of Overlord.

Plot

A generation has passed since the events of the first part, and now the Overlord has become the ruler of the Abyss after being trapped in the events of the "Rebirth of Hell". The Tower Heart was broken shortly after the disappearance of the old king. He caused a cataclysm that destroyed most of the Old Earth and gave rise to a magical plague. When the survivors fled to new lands, a Glorious Empire arose, and they began to control the territory, killing all magical creatures. The mistress of the old Overlord gave birth to a child, "Overlad". She takes the child and takes it to the mountain village of Nordberg, where all the villagers are afraid of him, calling him a "Sorcerer". The Glorious Empire finds out about this and besieges Nordberg, capturing an already grown-up child.

Gameplay

The main process, as in the previous game, remains unchanged. The player controls the characters in a third-person perspective. You will have power over hordes of small goblin-like creatures known as minions. The player will have to travel around the map and destroy various civilizations. The romantic "Glorious Empire" is the main enemy. At the very beginning, only brown minions will be available, but eventually you will have armies of reinforced workers who are needed to complete tasks and further develop the story. Each type of goblin has up to four types designed for different purposes:

1. Brown – for wrestling and blues types.
2. Hordes-minions – warriors.
3. "Builders" - turn cranks and find treasures.
