S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: The Call of Pripyat - S.N.I.P.E.R. [2.2] (2012) PC

S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: The Call of Pripyat - S.N.I.P.E.R. is a global story modification for the third part of the popular Stalker action series, which continues to tell the story of Major Degtyarev, who decided to fully plunge into the life of a Zone researcher.

An independent amateur developer worked on the creation of the mod, who took the creative pseudonym Fantom5338888.

Plot

The main character is still Degtyarev. After the events in Pripyat, he decided not to leave the Zone, but continued to study its secrets. We were presented with a new plot that will allow us to plunge into adventures with one of the best stalkers again.

The action again unfolds in the same locations, but they are populated with a lot of interesting characters, new monsters and other high-quality content.   

Gameplay

The developers have not forgotten about the gameplay – there are also quite important changes here, and among them the following should not be overlooked:

• the character models have been redesigned;
• now you start at the Cordon;
• a large number of new types of weapons have appeared and now it can be modified even more dramatically;
• the role of sniper rifles has grown – they will help to remove dozens and hundreds of enemies from your path;
• jokes have turned into important tips that are worth listening to and more.

To the already familiar locations, several completely drawn from scratch have been added. They are in no way inferior in quality to the official ones, and therefore they push for research.

Many textures have been completely changed, which is why even the locations began to look different - they are full of life, but at the same time remain gloomy.
