There are a great many games covering the events of the Second World War at the moment. And this is not surprising, because this page of history is one of the most significant for the twentieth century, and many people are still interested in it.

In the "Steel Division", the player will take command of the troops of one of the countries that participated in the battles on the western front – Germany, the United States of America, Canada, Poland and many, many others. All units and equipment are made as realistic as possible – the developers were guided by various historical sources in order not to make any mistakes, as a result of which tanks, aircraft, infantry and support forces fully correspond to those used in World War II. Moreover, the battlefields also coincide with the real ones: they were generated on the basis of photographic materials obtained in 1944 by the Normandy aerial reconnaissance.

Features of the game

1. Tactics. In this game, even the most brilliant tactician has a place to turn around – arrange ambushes, flank the enemy and make unexpected maneuvers – all this will lead your army to victory and force the enemy to retreat from the battlefield or even flee in fear.
2. The scale. Observe the battlefield from a bird's–eye view or view each soldier close up, regulate the supply of food and the movement of individual units during the battle - in general, regulate all aspects of the battle.
3. Realistic. All troops and battlefields will completely repeat their real prototypes.
