A Story About My Uncle (2014) PC

A Story About My Uncle is a computer video game in the genre of arcade and platformer, the actions of which unfold in the first person. A small independent studio called Gone North Games worked on the creation of the game.

Plot

The main character is an ordinary boy who never dreamed of going on a trip that his uncle had prepared for him. The boy was an ordinary representative of the teenage generation, who was only concerned about the Internet and friends.

But one day his beloved uncle just disappeared without a trace. He was a great scientist who began to engage in some fantastic inventions, which is why his colleagues did not support him. But despite this, he managed to find a way to travel between worlds and it just so happened that his discoveries led to the fact that he simply disappeared.

Using the amazing discoveries of his uncle, the main character embarks on a journey between worlds in order to find his almost the only remaining relative.  

Gameplay

The gameplay of A Story About My Uncle is characterized by the following distinctive features:

• the opportunity to use a unique invention called a power hook, with which you can travel with incredible speed to locations and even entire fantasy worlds;
• a unique plot that allows you not only to find your uncle, but also to find out the fate of the inhabitants of fantastic worlds that you didn't even know about;
• There is no violence in the game, and the emphasis is on exploring locations and interacting with characters.;
• logically simple riddles, the solution of which helps to move forward in the plot.
