Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines

The first game, which marked the beginning of a whole series based on the Second World War, was released in 1998. This is a tactical game with elements of the real-time strategy genre, where the gamer will have to take control of a group of elite fighters. Each of the characters belongs to a separate class with its own characteristic weapons, skills and equipment. The death or unavailability of one of the characters may cause the failure of the entire event.

The plot unfolds as you progress through a number of individual missions. To achieve a number of tasks, commandos will often have to act secretly and covertly, rather than rush into an open attack. The study of the route of movement of enemies, the use of distracting maneuvers and the use of tactical techniques are an integral part of the gameplay.

Commandos: Beyond the Call of Duty

A new plot, new missions and new enemies, that's all that can be said about this project. And, of course, an expanded list of features and a more diverse gameplay.

Commandos 2: Men of Courage

The second part of the game introduced some technical innovations, but otherwise insignificant changes. The gamer still needs to lead a group of special forces to perform a number of difficult tasks.

Commandos 3: Destination Berlin

This part is much more advanced in technical terms. Among other features , the following can be noted:

• new and curious characters, including the partisan Natalia;
• improved management system of the group as a whole and the expansion of the specialization of each of the characters;
• upgraded AI that brings complexity and variety to gameplay;
• the recreated environment is detailed.

Commandos: Strike Force

This final part was released in 2006. The genre has been completely changed, and now the commando game is a first-person shooter. The gamer will have to take part in
