It's not a fact that this message will help to cope with the consequences of the apocalypse, but it's worth trying to find an answer.

You will have to pass many tests on the way to your goal. Finding a person in a post-apocalyptic world capable of decrypting a message will be very difficult. It is far from a fact that people capable of such a thing are still alive. Otherwise, you will have to resort to other decryption methods that do not require the presence of specialists in this case.

Other characters will come to your aid, also wanting to end the senseless massacre. Therefore, players will not have to risk their lives alone, your back can always be covered by loyal allies.
