Alpha Polaris: A Horror Adventure Game is a computer video game in the genre of survival simulator and adventure quest, which takes place on the territory of snow–covered Greenland.

A small independent studio called Turmoil Games worked on the creation of the game, which is based on the territory of Lapland, which means that it knows firsthand what cold and ice are.

Plot

The action takes place at one of the research stations, which is based in Greenland. The staff of the station is engaged in the search for oil on this island.

The radio station reports that a powerful ion storm is about to begin, which will be called the strongest in the last hundred years. After the storm, the staff of the center notice that strange things begin to happen here – reality itself has become distorted and all the nightmares and fears become as if real.

The main characters must figure out what is really happening at the station and try to keep the remnants of reason, otherwise they will die among the eternal ice, from where there is nowhere to wait for an ambulance.
