"Special Squad Cobra 11: Undercover / Alarm for Cobra 11: Crash Time 5" is an arcade racing game, reminiscent of the "Thirst for Speed" plot.

Plot

A fictional special traffic police unit, Cobra 11, performs a variety of tasks to catch criminals. In addition to direct duties related to the suppression of offenses involving the use of cars, its employees are introduced into gang groups and work undercover.

Features of the game

The basis of this game is car chases. Therefore, the plot is designed in such a way that the main character spends all his time behind the wheel. But in addition to the main mode, there are additional ones related to racing, but differing from regular competitions by several factors:

1. Rivals on the track are constantly fighting with the use of various technical means (studded tape, electric shock, laying mines) and old proven methods, rams and displacement from the roadway.
2. Cars get critical breakdowns that do not allow them to move on. But after a few seconds of downtime, the car automatically regenerates and gives a chance to catch up with rivals.
3. The use of nitro.
4. Spectacular stunts performed on trampolines.

All this is also applicable in the main storyline, where the partners are separated by different tasks:

1. The first one conducts detentions of criminals in the open, catching up and arresting bandits on the road.
2. The second one has to infiltrate the gang. He gains his authority with the help of extreme car driving skills and victories in various illegal car competitions, cargo transportation, and wheelbarrow driving.
