"Canvas of Darkness 3" is a game that combines the genres of quest and thriller, as well as "searching for an object" and solving puzzles.

Plot

The third part of the "Canvas of Darkness" is not connected by a common plot with the previous series of the game. The events of the game take place during the absence of digital technologies (the fifties of the last century), when photographs were created during long-term processing of film and special paper.

In this issue, the main character is a photographer who arrived by car to the Whittle family. One of the two sisters married Frank Jason today. The culprits of the celebration are not poor people, as evidenced by a chic mansion and several servants. The main purpose of the photographer's trip is to capture the post–wedding events.

Strange events greet the hired invited guest almost from the doorstep. The first pictures taken before the wedding ceremony have strange defects or some mystical signs. The invited photographer becomes involved in the story of the disappearance of the bride. And now he needs to unravel this mystery.

During the investigation, the photographer will not only have to do his direct duties, take pictures, develop films and images on paper, but also solve puzzles, be smart, look for objects.

The difficulty modes of passing the game are originally proposed:
