Prospekt (2016) PC

Prospect is a game that Half Life II fans will appreciate. This is an addition that gives all fans of the series the opportunity to plunge into the thick of events like those that took place in the original HL. However, it will be necessary to play not on behalf of Gordon, but in the person of his ally.

The plot of the game

The main character is Adrian Shepard, an employee of the HECU special unit. A squad of Vortigaunts awakens him from cryosleep and informs him about all the recent events, as well as that Gordon needs help – he got into Nova Prospect prison. Therefore, Adrian must get in there and clean up the area from Gordon's enemies.

Agent Shepard is sent to prison by teleportation, but soon Gordon gets out of the prison in the same way, and now the main task of the hero is to find a way out of there himself. Further, the plot gradually develops with the disclosure of new details.

Gameplay

The add-on is developed on the same engine as it was in HL 2. Therefore, all the adventures that are coming to you will be in the same style as in the original game. The locations will also be similar. The system of improving weapons traditionally occurs gradually: at first, the game character acts only with his bare hands, then receives a crowbar, and only after that acquires firearms. New elements were not introduced into the DLC, unless the costume of the main character changed.
