Released in 2016, the Umbrella Corps shooter is a spin-off of Resident Evil. Therefore, fans of this series (and just fans of shootouts) will appreciate the new strategic aspects implemented in this game, which is primarily focused on multiplayer mode. Dynamic battles in various matches are waiting for you:

• melee battles in which you will not have the opportunity to hide;
• risky matches in which you are given only one life to destroy opponents;

The storyline

Given that the game was created primarily to find out which of the players is the best shooter, the plot in single-player mode is uncomplicated in it. Despite the fact that Umbrella has collapsed for more than 10 years, large corporations are still hunting for its developments that have spread on the black market. Their goal is to reveal all the secrets of advanced biotechnologies, which will allow them to become a leader on a global scale.

To search for valuable materials, they hire soldiers who will have meetings not only with mutants, but also with rival mercenary units.

In story mode, the game is played on behalf of Soldier 3A-7, performing tasks assigned by the Corporation's leading scientist Abraham Jackson. But Abraham subsequently mysteriously disappears, and Beatrice Bertrand is appointed in his place.

Multiplayer Features

In online matches, battles take place on zombie-infested maps. A first- or third-person view is available for selection.

The walking dead are an element of strategy here – they can be directed at the enemy or hide with them from shots.

Interesting features of the shooter are also:

• a portable device that changes the trajectory of bullets;
• ice axe for blows to the spine;
• two types of shooting from shelters: accurate and blind;
