Transformers: Battle for Cybertron is an action game. The main events take place on the planet Cybertron. The plot touches on the old days, when the contract with the Land has not yet occurred. Gamers are given the opportunity to choose the side for which they will play – for the Decepticons or for the Autobots.

There are three modes in the game:

• escalation;
• multiplayer;
• company.

Escalation

You can't create your own character in this mode. You can choose some side and the corresponding hero. In this mode, you will have to fight with opponents who will attack in waves. And each wave will be stronger and stronger. During the battles, you can be treated, buy new weapons and grenades. You will have to pay for everything with an energon.

Multiplayer

In multiplayer mode, you have the opportunity to create your own transformer. In addition, missions are divided into several categories:

• every man for himself;
• base protection;
• team play;
• capture the flag.

Robots can carry any weapon. As the enemies are destroyed, you will gain experience. In the future, you will be able to gain new abilities. As you progress through various companies, new maps and characters will appear in the game.

Company

This option is interesting because you can play together with someone, or alone. The game is divided into 10 chapters. The first five you will pass for Decepticons, and the rest – for Autobots. It is recommended to start from the very beginning to better understand the whole storyline. At the beginning of any chapter, you can choose three robots for yourself. Everyone will have their own weapons and certain abilities.

In the joint passage of companies, you can choose two options:

• ordinary;
• competitions.
