Crusaders 2 / Crusader Kings 2 is a real-time global strategy game with a tactical pause.

What is the game about

Similar to the first part of the Crusaders, the second is tied to the feudal society of the European and Middle Eastern Middle Ages. The player will have to manage not a specific whole state, but a certain grouping, a clan that wants to extend its influence to the power controlled by the Pope. And such things as the Crusades, which are an integral part of this game (the content should correspond to the title of the cover), are quite ordinary events of that time.

Features of the second part of "Crusaders"

The popularity of the debut release and numerous requests from players to continue the crusading series forced the developers to work hard and give out a game with some features:

1. In addition to a huge number of historical characters, you can create your own influential person.
2. The time limits in the game are almost seven hundred years since 769.
3. The game has acquired three dozen different updates, of which a damn dozen are official addons (one of them even made additional plots), and the rest are minor patches that make only some cosmetic changes (portraits, skins, music).

For seven years, the game has become so overgrown with modifications that it is no longer the "Crusaders 2" that gamers first saw in 2010.

Global Mods

Especially visual changes became noticeable with the introduction of global mods, of which three were released:

1. "A Game of Thrones" was based on the novels of the American novelist "A Song of Ice and Fire".
2. "Elder Kings" borrowed from the computer games of The Elder Scrolls series all the fraternities, monsters, races and other elements.
3. Geheimnisnacht borrowed races, characters, most of the world and other elements from Warhammer Fantasy.

At the end of 2017, another grand
