"Space Rangers HD: Revolution / Space Rangers HD: A War Apart" is the official addition to the second "Rangers", released nine years after the release of the main game.

The second part, "Dominators"

The second part of the Rangers, which has the additional name "Dominators", is a single-player game of the genre, which came up with nothing insignificant, too general word "epic". For this is a mixture of many genres, and role-playing, and turn-based strategy, and arcade and several others.

The meaning of the game is to develop a character who travels between locations, fights enemies, trades, performs tasks. There are five races available for the gamer:

1. People.
2. Maloki.
3. Bearings.
4. Feiyan.
5. Gaalians.

They established a general truce after the invasion of this galactic region by a hostile clan of dominators. But the agreement does not mean that it will be adhered to, so minor pirate skirmishes are still present.

The "Revolution" supplement

After special secrecy during development and closed beta testing, gamers saw an update that brought:

1. A new main storyline, which is dedicated to pirate expansion. While the union of races was fighting the dominators, pirates began to seize power in the galaxy.
2. Now the player decides for himself with whom to fight: pirates, dominators, both at once. There is also the possibility of joining the pirate movement.
3. The possibility of an original successful completion of the game without defeating the dominators. To do this, it is enough to either defeat the pirates, or unite with them and defeat the coalition of races.

In addition to, so to speak, global changes, there were also small cosmetic adjustments in the game. The developers have embellished the menu, loading screens, planets, bases, a widescreen screen has been added
