Red Faction: Guerrilla - Steam Edition (2009) PC

Red Faction: Guerrilla is the third part of the eponymous series in the shooter genre, which was created by the American company Volition, Inc. The game tells about the war of miners on the planet Mars against a corporation using their labor.

Plot

The action takes place in the distant future, when people were able to colonize Mars and use it as a huge source of raw materials. Many valuable resources are mined on the red planet.

After the Earth's military forces stopped the Ultor corporation, which controlled the extraction of resources and exploited workers as slaves, they establish their own regime. People are being exploited again and the main character, who comes to Mars to see his brother, finds himself embroiled in a war against the military. A small rebel organization gathers resistance forces in order to free the workers. You must become a part of the organization and lead it to victory over the tyrants.  

Gameplay

The gameplay of Red Faction: Guerrilla is distinguished by the following features:

• the events unfold in an open world in which almost every building is destructible;
• the map is divided into sectors of influence, the capture of which increases the influence of the rebels;
• the possibility of using technology;
• a large arsenal of weapons that can be improved;
• unique skills;
• a wide variety of side missions that diversify the passage;
• the presence of several network modes.

The developers have created an open and very beautiful game world, which is represented by the planet Mars.
