Total War: Warhammer is a strategy game from the popular Total War line, which has become the key among the games of this genre. For the first time in the entire series, developers from Creative Assembly have created a strategy whose actions unfold not in some separate historical period of our world, but in the fictional fantasy universe of Warhammer.  

Plot

The world of Warhammer is a fictional universe where such races as humans, dwarves, greenskins and the most diverse undead live. Some of them are striving to expand their influence, some are eager to destroy their neighbor, and the rest just want to survive and continue to lead a peaceful existence.

You have several campaigns available for each race with their own goals. Victory can be won by fulfilling certain conditions that are selected before the start of the campaign.

Gameplay

As before, we have a global strategy game with a turn-based mode and tactical battles in real time. However, compared to previous games, there are quite big differences worth mentioning separately:

• there are racial differences that do not allow to wage war with certain factions and seize their territories;
• the role of politics in achieving victory has significantly increased;
• now the agents you hire take part in battles;
• flying units appeared;
• warlords have become unique units with special abilities.

Players still have to develop their faction, conduct diplomatic negotiations, conclude trade agreements, build buildings and entire cities. Using resources, you can also train an army and use it to protect your own faction or to attack an enemy state.

Graphics

The graphics engine has been significantly improved. The changes mainly affected the behavior of units in tactical battles. Now their movements look more realistic. In addition, the modified engine
