Caesar 4 offers participation in a single-player campaign, where you will have to start literally from the bottom. Initially, the gamer will be given simple tasks, where he will manage a small village. However, as he successfully performs his duties, the emperor will pay more and more attention to the promising governor and appoint him to govern more and more large settlements, and then entire cities. 

Each mission requires you to accomplish a specific goal, such as building the Colosseum, or amassing enough resources, followed by moving on to the next stage. It is worth noting that each subsequent mission will be more difficult than the previous one. 

Gameplay
