Tales of Arise

The fantasy action game Tales of Arise takes you to a fictional anime universe where there are two worlds, Rena and Dana, with the former living by exploiting the resources of the latter. 

Review

The plot revolves around two characters, Aflen and Shion. The boy comes from Rena, a powerful state with advanced technology and advanced magic. And Shion is from a poor dependent dimension, which is used as a raw material base and is still at the level of development of the Middle Ages.

Both heroes are personally interested in ensuring that their universes stop feuding and that there is equality between the peoples. Realizing such a goal seems almost impossible, as those who are satisfied with the current order will get in the way.

Gameplay

Tales of Arise is a classic role-playing game of the Japanese school, where the dialogue and story are as much focused as the battles and world exploration. Among the main features of the gameplay of the adventure is worth mentioning:

1. The map consists of dozens of locations, and each is completely open to explore.
2. When meeting with opponents, all actions are transferred to a separate arena, where real-time battles take place. 
3. The user will control not one character, but four, but you can act directly on behalf of one, switching to the others at any time.
4. Allowed to upgrade not only the key protagonist, but also the entire team, and equip it with weapons and armor.
5. In the dialogues, the users can choose their own lines, which will affect the development of the story.
