Port Royale 4

Port Royale 4 is a strategy video game with which users travel to the distant past to fight for the riches of the New World.

Review

Events take place in the 17th century, during the heyday of the European colonies in the Americas. During these times, Great Britain, the Netherlands, France, and Spain gained particular power. The player must choose one of the factions, after which he will be appointed governor of one of the colonies.

The gamer's task is to turn a small colony into a thriving trading city with a powerful economy and a fleet capable of transporting a huge amount of valuable goods to Europe. 

Gameplay

The key gameplay features of Port Royale 4 strategy are:

1. Each nation has unique abilities, for example Great Britain is twice as fast at building warships, including frigates and battleships.
2. Before starting, you are also allowed to choose a character's personality and class, from pirate to merchant. Each of them is unique in its own way, so the merchant, for example, can conduct business even in wartime and laying new tracks does not require him to make a financial investment. 
3. All naval battles take place in turn-based mode.
4. There is a free-play mode as well as a story mode.
5. A large variety of goods for trade - the player must analyze which at the moment bring more profit and focus on them.
