Yakuza: Like a Dragon

Yakuza: Like a Dragon is a third–person action adventure video game set in Japan and revolves around the character Ichibana Kasuga.

Review

Ichibana Kasuga is a big boss of the Japanese mafia, who gets a knife in the back – he is betrayed by former allies and arranges the crime in such a way as if he committed it. The evidence looks convincing, and the protagonist goes to jail. It takes a whole 10 years, and he finally finds himself free.

Now Ichibana dreams of everything falling into place, but for this she will first have to take revenge on all the offenders who are now at the very top of the city's underworld. He will have to start from the very bottom and try to regain his own position.

Gameplay

Among the key gameplay chips of the gangster action movie Yakuza: Like a Dragon, it is necessary to note:

1. The action takes place in a completely open virtual world, which is represented by several districts of a large Japanese metropolis.
2. The combat system focuses on melee battles and the use of improvised items, but in some situations, firearms can also be used.
3. In addition to the main story quests, the user can perform secondary tasks and help residents of cities, fight other criminals.
4. There are a lot of mini-games and game halls, as well as racing competitions in go–karts - all this can distract from a serious plot.
5. Multi–faceted tasks - from quests where the gamer will act as an ordinary street musician to those where he is in the role of a bodyguard and boss of a criminal organization.
