Afghanistan '11 is a video game in the genre of turn–based strategy, the actions of which unfold around a fierce conflict on the territory of Afghanistan. The actions take place in the modern world, and the gamer takes on the role of commander of the American troops as part of the strategy.

Review

After the Taliban terrorist organizations carried out a series of terrorist attacks, the American government sent its regular army to Afghanistan in order to destroy all radicals and liberate the country from their presence.

However, the goal turned out to be incredibly difficult, since local terrorists know all the districts perfectly well and are waging a brutal, effective guerrilla war, inciting the population to revolt against the Americans.

Gameplay

Among the main gameplay features of the Afghanistan'11 turn-based strategy, it is necessary to note:

1. The actions take place on a large strategic map represented by the impressive territory of Afghanistan.
2. The gamer is obliged to satisfy the local population and impose his opinion on them, trying to convince them of supporting local terrorists.
3. The user can hire troops of various types – from infantrymen to equipment to engage in an open battle against the Taliban.
4. It is impossible to cause local discontent, but it can be provoked by restrictions, regular patrols of American soldiers, defeats in battle, and so on.
5. The need to carefully plan every action, taking into account the terrain conditions, otherwise there is a risk of being ambushed and completely defeated.<
