Silent Hill

Silent Hill is a horror video game with elements of a survival simulator, which marked the beginning of the eponymous series, which later became a cult for horror fans.

Plot

The events take place in a fictional town somewhere in the north of America called the Silent Hills. The main character of this story becomes a well-known writer named Harry Mason. He travels with his daughter by car, but gets into an accident near this town, and when he wakes up, he does not find his daughter nearby.

The protagonist sets off on a trail that leads him straight to an abandoned settlement. Here the gamer becomes a witness of monstrous events that are associated with an ancient religious cult. The hero manages to find out that his followers are planning to perform a ritual and summon a dangerous cruel deity into the real world and the man's adopted daughter is the key to opening the portal.
