Plot

Sebastian Castellanos quit his job as a police officer after the events in a psychiatric hospital and the death of his daughter, who allegedly burned in a fire. The main character lost his family and began to drink to the bottle.

However, three years later, an employee of the Mobius company comes to Sebastian, who says that his daughter is with them and participates in one experiment. It turns out that her brain is being used to create a virtual world. During the experiment, something went wrong and the girl got stuck in the simulation. Sebastian agrees to go to the simulation and find out the reason why his daughter can't leave her.

The protagonist finds himself in an American town, where most of the inhabitants died, and the rest turned into mutant killers. In addition, the hero finds a mutant photographer who kills all Mobius agents and may have captured the consciousness of Sebastian's daughter.

Gameplay

The Evil Within 2 does not provide anything fundamentally new in terms of gameplay. The game remained true to its predecessor, apart from a few innovations:
