Plot

Priest Lafcadio Boone wakes up on the floor of a room in the hall of "The Sexy Brutale", a British casino and mansion.
The Marquis, the mysterious owner of the titled gambling lodge, holds an extravagant masquerade ball for selected guests every year, where his staff fulfills every whim of the guests.
Only this year something went wrong. Looking through the keyhole, Father Lafcadio witnesses a shocking murder.
However, the holy father, with the help of a magic pocket watch, can turn back time and prevent murders. Other guests will also be killed in the casino.
Access to their salvation appears when you rescue their predecessors, so you don't have to worry about trying to save everyone at once.

Gameplay

Every time, on the same day, at 12 o'clock in the evening, you have to prevent murders until you save everyone.
The countdown starts from the moment you wake up until you reset the day with your pocket watch or die.
Being unable to be in the same room as everyone else and having only 12 hours to save people can seem daunting.
Wandering through the rooms of the casino, you will find the keys to the clock, with their help you will create a new checkpoint.
Murders happen in new places, so you will need every minute to eavesdrop and spy on people.
You can use the watch as many times as you want, with no consequences other than losing any items you've found since the last restart.
