Jonathan Blow pleased the players with his next creation. The released single—player game, The Witness, turned out to be a difficult open world with a lot of intriguing secrets, but was able to win the laurels of a monumental and fascinating adventure.

An intriguing plot

Waking up in the basement of an unfamiliar house, the main character does not remember the background at all and does not know anything about himself. But the oddities are just beginning. It turns out that he is alone on an unusual and mysterious island. Little by little, dictaphone recordings found in different places help to clarify the situation. It remains to study the area, encountering many mysteries and riddles, to regain your memory and find the coveted way home.

An exciting adventure

Traveling around the island does not promise to be easy. Everything around is packed with puzzles and hidden puzzles. Solving many, you will have to use all your mental abilities. But "the game is worth the candle", because after solving a cluster of puzzles, a laser beam is directed to the mountain in the center of the island. By activating all the rays, you can advance in the search for answers and get into the shelter of the "Creator". Maybe that's where the whole truth is hidden.
